ClipX EDS-file-creator for Ethernet/IP

The tool reads the current configuration and the user-defined channel names from the ClipX and writes them to the .eds file.

Even if the configuration is individual, ClipX inserts all the channels that can be added as parameters in the file,

so that when the configuration is changed in ClipX, they can be taken over in the PLC software without creating a new .eds file.

The example of the communication with the MP85A about Ethernet please unzip recursive in the ZIP archive (relatively stored paths). The program sends and receives data by means of the functions AG_send and AG_Recv (FC5 and FC6). It are sent 10 bytes to the SPS and 14 bytes should be received again. In this project the Siemens CPU317-2 DP has the IP address 172.21.64.250. The IP address of the MP85 is 172.21.64.253 (port 4020). PME MP85ADP(-S) Example Project Example-Sequence to read and write consitent data as well an example to read and write the workpiece-id via Profibus-DPV1 with Siematic Step7:
This basic example shows the transmission of measuring-value and Control-word (Float data format) from the MP85ADP(-S) via Provibus-DP interface to a master (e.g. Siemens PLC). Programming is done in Step7 Siemens software using the function blocks for reading (SFC14) and writing (SFC15) MP85ADP data. Further more the example contains reading and writing the workpiece-id via the Profibus DPV1-function using the function-blocks for reading (SFB52) und writing (SFB53) to MP85ADP(-S). This example considers a simple test assembly including a Siemens CPU313-2DP and a DF30DP/DF31DP (digiclip). In this example, consistent (coherent) data are written and read via the Profibus with SFC14 and SFC15. As an additonal programming the parametercontainer is programmed to configure the DF30DP in the cyclic data exchange. To read configurations with DPV1 the Siemens function block SFB52 (PNO AK1131)is programmed, too. All commands and values for the configuration are shown in the official manual.

digiCLIP Assistant

digiCLIP Assistant, Firmware Loader and USB Driver (for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7/8/10) for easy setup of digiCLIP modules and for visualization.

CMD LabView driver and example project

To simplify the use of CMD meauring amplifier a complete support for communication in form of a Labview driver is available, respectively Labview programs/subroutines called virtual instruments (VIs).
The purpose of this document is to explain in detail all aspects of the Labview CMD driver:

CMD Siemens Profinet integation example project

This is an instruction for using a CMD charge amplifier with a Siemens 1200 controller in a Profinet network.

It shows how to stream data via UDP from the charge amplifier to the controller via UDP with up to 1000 Hz and send a command via TCP.

This non-real-time communication can be performed simultaneously to an existing real-time ProfiNet connection over the same line.

Communication is done with program blocks, which are enclosed with the technote in the .scl file.
