NEW: Double strain gauges DY4
Did you ever want to measure the bending stress of a component or structure, where the measuring point is very small? HBM’s new DY4 double strain gauges offer a perfect solution. Specially developed for this application, the new strain gauges feature a 350 ohm resistance circuit and a measuring grid length of only 1.5 mm. With the carrier measuring only 5.5 mm in length and no more than 6 mm in width, DY4 enables stresses to be measured on the smallest of parts.
