PW25 - Easy-to-clean load cell: Clean weighing guaranteed

Requirements for the cleaning of plant components in the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and bio industries are very demanding. This also applies for load cells in filling systems and packaging plants, in multi-head combination weighers and static scales.

The "easy-to-clean" PW25 load cell is the optimal solution for these applications: The special design without edges or fissures makes PW25 the ideal choice for applications with particular cleaning requirements. The PW25 load cell is easy to clean and is made of food-compatible stainless steel.

Increasing efficiency through hygienic system design with PW25

Product Description

At the same time, PW25 can be perfectly matched to existing systems - like other HBM products, for instance, SP4 load cell, PW15A load cell, and PW15AH load cell its dimensions are compatible with the common industry standard ("PW15 Footprint"). Load cells that do not comply with hygiene and cleaning requirements to the same extent as PW25 can easily be replaced.
