El amplificador de medida MP85A FASTpress supervisa en tiempo real procesos de inserción en curso, tales como punzonar, remachar o sujeción por curvatura. De este modo se detecta automáticamente cualquier posible fallo y se corrige directamente. Es posible supervisar hasta 300 procesos de inserción por minuto.
Descripción del producto
El MP85A FASTpress ofrece por primera vez la posibilidad de configurar individualmente el almacenaje de datos durante el remachado por troquelado. Los ciclos cortos en la producción por tanto no se perciben como contradictorios a la exigencia de registros y copias de seguridad de los datos de producción de procesos. Los datos se transmiten, bien internamente en el dispositivo, bien directamente al servidor de datos de producción a través de una interfaz de Ethernet. Las designaciones de las piezas se pueden transmitir de forma individual para realizar la selección de resultados de procesos o curvas de medición para el almacenaje de datos.
Las instalaciones de remachado por troquelado se emplean en células robóticas altamente automatizadas para la fabricación de carrocerías, con lo cual la colocación del arco de la remachadora, la alimentación de remaches y la supervisión del proceso de inserción se realiza de forma totalmente automatizada y en el tiempo más corto. La monitorización integrada del proceso resulta fiable en su valoración y transmisión de los parámetros del proceso al servidor de datos de la producción, sin prolongar el tiempo de los ciclos.
Para una óptima valoración de procesos de remachado por troquelado se emplea el método perfeccionado de la ventana de tolerancia. A parte de las desviaciones más perceptibles, tales como el mal emparejamiento de material o un remache equivocado, también se detectan los fallos de herramientas por medio de la valoración de la forma y situación de las curvas. Incluso las mínimas desviaciones quedan al descubierto gracias al trabajo con ventanas de tolerancia dinámicas y poligonales.

A free IPM process data management software interface is available for MP85A DP FASTpress and MP85A-S EASYswitch amplifiers. The interface enables recorded production data to be transmitted directly to a QS server for visualization and archiving; this makes production control more convenient.
IPM stands for Integrated Processdata Management and denotes a software that automatically captures physical process and measurement data and, in addition, provides reporting for production and quality assurance. Whether in production monitoring at production sites or in test benches - access to clearly presented data about productivity, down time and setup time as well as product and manufacturing quality saves costs; this has been proven by an ROI calculation (Return on investment).
Convenient and extensive data transmission
The IPM interface enables measured values and complete curves as well as up to 9 (evaluation) windows to be transmitted. IPM communicates both the overall status of the production process and the individual status of the respective evaluation window. The production process and utilization of capacities including down time can be analyzed in detail without the necessity of actually being on site at the assembly line or the press-fit system.
Measurement data in real time
Measurement data is provided in real time via the Web browser and permanently saved to the IPM database to comply with product liability requirements. In addition, IPM also monitors the captured process and measurement data in real time; this enables, for example, production defects to be easily detected. Whether by SMS or by email - staff in charge of production is automatically notified of any error message. Fast error logging enables the product quality to be increased; costs resulting from product recalls, on the other hand, are reduced.
