In addition to the commercial General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the more technical HBM-Leitlinie für Lieferanten zum Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement (HBM Guideline for Suppliers on Quality and Environmental Management) is also binding.

Politica ambientale
Allo scopo di sostenere attivamente la politica ambientale HBM, ci aspettiamo che almeno il personale dei nostri fornitori che coopera direttamante con la HBM conosca, rispetti ed osservi la nostra politica ambientale e che, se possibile, contribuisca alla sua implementazione.
L'osservanza delle leggi e dei corpi legislativi è un requisito assolutamente indispensabile ed obbligatorio per instaurare il rapporto di fornitura con la HBM.
