This page was created to facilitate and expedite the return of HBM product(s) for credit, repair and calibration, both during and after the warranty period. All returned product(s) must have a valid HBM MRA number to be accepted at our receiving docks.

Upon completing this online MRA form you will be issued a valid MRA number, a printable copy of the completed form for your records, and a printable packing label to be used for the shipment of the product(s) to HBM. The MRA number is used to identify your returned product(s) for all future inquiries and is valid only for the products specified by you when you complete this form.

All products returned will be inspected prior to any action being taken by HBM and we reserve the right to make the final disposition on all customer returns.
