U93 - The Force Transducer For Real-Time Quality Control In Production

Because of its compact design and easy installation using the flanges provided on both sides, the U93 force transducer can be easily integrated even in production lines that offer very little space. Furthermore, U93 is provided with a cable suitable for drag chains.
Made of stainless steel, U93 features still more advantages for use in process control such as high robustness, small measuring displacements and insensitivity to lateral forces.
The TEDS electronic data sheet is already integrated in the U93 transducer. This means: complex manual amplifier setup is not needed as the correct units and scaling are automatically used for recording measurements from your production monitoring. Time and costs for setting up your process control are minimized.
Used in conjunction with the MP85A FASTpress or digiCLIP industrial amplifiers and “FASTpress Suite“ software, the U93 force transducer is an ideal team player in the measuring chain for process control.
