Z4A - Force Transducer with Maximum Accuracy for use as Calibration Standard
Z4A force transducers comply even with the most demanding accuracy requirements. A DKD calibration can be made on request to account for the transducer’s optimum classification according to EN 10002-3 (version Z4A-G) (class 00, class 05 for 500kN).
The transducers are to be used for high precision measurements of tensile and compressive forces and for force comparison measurements (force standard). One additional feature is the innovative compensation method enabling bending moments and the effects of transverse forces to be minimised.
The Z4A is also fit for industrial applications, and may be used, e.g., if one transducer enables several force ranges to be covered, thus, saving the time and cost for transducer replacement. The transducers are available for several nominal measuring ranges in steps from 0...20kN to 0...500kN.
