使用久经考验的应变片的益处

在现代工业中,传感器非常重要。在各种不同的应用领域,例如,测试,数据采集,自动化和质量控制等,他们被用来测量各种不同的物理量。 随着市场的不断扩大 (1) 新的测试方法也在不断涌现。

这种趋势提供了多种技术选择。但是,传统的技术具有多方面的优势,例如,具有多年的经验和技术。

例如, 箔式应变计 采用 虎克定律(2)(3) 并且在持续的改进中。其安装简单并且价格低廉。

采用箔式应变计进行测量

金属箔式应变计 广泛地应用与 扭矩压力测量中。绝大多数的力传感器,称重传感器,扭矩传感器和极高压力的传感器都基于这个原理,并有多种测量结构。

所有的箔式应变计都基于同样的原理;都是将正,负应变信号转换为电信号。弹性体在负载作用下将产生应变,四个应变片 – 两个正向,两个负向,组成 惠斯通电桥。惠斯通电桥产生的输出电压能够等比例地反映弹性体的变形。

输出信号为供给电压和输出电压的比率。计算公式如下: 

在机械量的测量中,箔式应变片传感器是最为精确的。并且其具有非常小的不确定性。

不像其他的原理,箔式应变片传感器只需要扩展弹性体,就可以测量几乎无限制的负载。例如 达到 MN 范围内的 力传感器,MNm 量程的 扭矩传感器 和 GPa 量程的 压力传感器(7)

如果动态性能非常重要,应变区域可以被设计得足够小并具有极高的刚度。 (4)(5)(6).

在其他的应用中,例如 测量静态水压的压力传感器, 这对于其他机械量来说,其有多种选择。 低压应用,这也是最大的应用市场,通常采用 压阻 MEMS 解决方案, 尤其是只有几帕的低压测量中。

通过此表,可以看出在超高压传感器中应变片是最佳的选择,其具有极高的精度和长期稳定性。当和各个国家的计量院进行比对时,结果尤其明显。 (9)

同样,对于其他测量量进行不同的原理对比分析是非常必要的,尤其当设计完整的测量链时。

结论

应变传感器 提供难以置信的精度和极高的长期稳定性,并且具有足够宽的带宽适合快速测量。 在传感器生产过程中,对于测量误差,电阻网可以非常容易进行调整。在大多数工业场合下,应变传感器都是最佳选择,尤其是进行高精度测量。高精度测量对于测量跟踪是非常重要的,并且可以达到国家计量院级别 (10)(11)(12)

低成本的应变传感器对于各种主流应用来说,其不仅价格低廉,而且容易使用,是很多称重传感器,力传感器的最佳选择。
