Key areas of responsibility

You will be responsible for all aspects of sales order processing and be the first point of contact for customers requiring after sales service and support. You will provide a prompt and efficient response to customers and provide support to Application Engineers and Field Sales Engineers.


Your profile

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, be able to build strong relationships, be willing to ask questions and learn from colleague and be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP CRM and SAP ERP. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be a good team player, have the ability to multi task and possess an adaptable approach to working.

  • Salary includes a fixed base salary and 10-15% variable
  • 21 days annual leave plus 8 Bank holidays increasing up to 25 days after 2 years service
  • 3 privilege days between Christmas and New Year
