What if you could measure with sensors based on optical technology together with conventional ones?

The QuantumX module MXFS is a new optical interrogator from HBK for Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) based sensors. The module takes advantage of the QuantumX platform and is fully compatible with catman to perform not only optical measurements (128 simultaneous channels at 2000 S/s, with SPD), but also to combine FBG with any other type of conventional, electric-based sensors in the same sensing network – providing real hybrid measurements.

This not only eases the setup of more complex test and measurement systems but also opens the door for more general use of FBG sensors in new markets and applications, as it becomes possible to easily generate analog/digital control signals and use the most common industrial protocols.

In this webinar, we will show live how easy it is to add MXFS and optical sensors to your QuantumX measurement chain in four easy steps.
