digiCLIP: Condizionatori di segnale modulari per l’automazione di processi e fabbriche

Forza, pressione, coppia, carico: il sistema di condizionamento di segnale modulare digiCLIP acquisisce in modo rapido e preciso tutti i segnali relativi al monitoraggio di produzione e processo. digiCLIP è stato sviluppato appositamente per l’automazione delle applicazioni ed è costituito da un meccanismo a clip che consente una facile installazione su guide DIN e può essere virtualmente connesso a qualsiasi estensimetro in configurazione full bridge.

Un software DTM (Device Type Manager) gratuito consente parametrizzazione, controllo e diagnosi facili e veloci dell’amplificatore, riducendo così i tempi di setup. Inoltre, digiCLIP identifica in modo completo ed automatico i trasduttori dotati di TEDS (foglio dati elettronico del trasduttore). Avviare digiCLIP è facile, anche per il personale senza formazione specifica.

Software

digiCLIP Assistant, Firmware Loader and USB Driver (for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7/8/10) for easy setup of digiCLIP modules and for visualization.

For smooth operation of modules with CAN and DeviceNet interfaces, use the PEAK USB-to-CAN dongle.

For Profibus operation Hilscher and Siemens CP5511/12 and CP5711 is supported - to handle digiCLIP firmware-updates via CP5711 digiCLIP-modules have to be equipped with a adapted bootloader which is implemented starting with following serial-numbers: (DF30DP: 816711801 / DF31DP: 817427801).

All required drivers are included and will be installed during startup.

This example considers a simple test assembly including a Siemens CPU313-2DP and a DF30DP/DF31DP (digiclip). In this example, consistent (coherent) data are written and read via the Profibus with SFC14 and SFC15. As an additonal programming the parametercontainer is programmed to configure the DF30DP in the cyclic data exchange. To read configurations with DPV1 the Siemens function block SFB52 (PNO AK1131)is programmed, too. All commands and values for the configuration are shown in the official manual.
