KY: Catene di ER per Determinare i Gradienti di Deformazione

Le catene di estensimetri (ER) tipo KY1, KY2, KY3, KY4, KY5, KY6, KY7, KY8 e KY9 consistono di 10 o 15 griglie di misura molto piccole posizionate alla stessa distanza (equidistanti) su un supporto comune e da un ER di compensazione. Le catene di ER sono particolarmente adatte per determinare i gradienti di deformazione.

La HBM fornisce anche catene di ER formate da più rosette con direzioni alternate delle griglie, le quali rendono possibile la determinazione dei gradienti dello stato biassiale di sollecitazione. La risposta in temperatura delle catene di ER viene adattata su specifica del cliente. La resistenza nominale delle catene di ER è di 120 Ohm.

La griglia di misura è di Costantana; il materiale di supporto della griglia è di Poliammide.

Simplified Documentation and Parameterization

To optimize the measuring point documentation each strain gauge includes two stickers which can be placed next to the measuring point and near the measuring amplifier. Benefit from the parameter information directly in the measurement setup:

  • QR code that directly links to the data sheet of the respective strain gauge
  • The product and production batch numbers
  • The k-factor and a additional space for your notes
  • QR code containing the values of the individual strain gauge to simplify computer-aided parameterization or documentation with a scanner

Please note: newly produced strain gauges all come with the sticker in stock, strain gauges still in stock do not have this feature yet.
