PVC-insulated very flexible stranded wire

The PVC-insulated, extremely flexible stranded wire can be used for the internal wiring of strain gauges in transducers and sensors.

Please note that the flexible stranded wire is NOT resistant to the following chemicals: esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, aromatics, benzene, liquid halogens, concentrated nitric acid, and aqueous solutions depending on the plasticizer.

Polyurethane-insulated copper wire (paint-insulated copper wire)

The polyurethane-insulated copper wire (paint-insulated copper wire) can be used for the internal wiring of strain gauges in transducers and sensors.

The paint-insulated copper wire is NOT resistant to the following chemicals: strong acids, strong alkalis, alcohols, aromatics, saturated steam, and hot water.

  • Thermal resistance extent: temporarily: 175°C, permanently:  -40°C to +155°C
