All quotations, orders and deliveries are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply (Terms & Conditions) of Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik GmbH or, as the case may be, of its affiliated entity concerned (HBM). The applicable Terms & Conditions can be downloaded using the links listed below.

The legal relationships between HBM and customer shall be governed exclusively by HBM’s Terms & Conditions. No term or condition that a customer introduces and that is additional to or different from HBM’s Terms & Conditions shall apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by HBM.
