SomatCR: Rugged, mobile, CAN-based temperature data acquisition module

SomatCR 是一款坚固型，用于移动测试的，基于 CAN 的温度数据采集模块。

这减少了安装，布线及配置时间和费用。SomatCR 模块兼容 CAN ISO 11898 2.0B 系统 和车载网络，可选波特率从 20 kbps 到 1 Mbps。

通过 CAN 总线可以连接多个模块，并且 通道数可以任意扩展，最大的测量距离高达  250 M. SomatCR 模块采用 10 到 36 伏直流供电。并且只需对第一个模块进行供电。

SomatCR 模块完美匹配 任何 CAN 网络。并且带有可连接 SoMat eDAQ, SoMat eDAQlite, MGCplus 或 QuantumX 数据采集系统的接口, 单独的 SomatCR 模块可以通过车辆网络通讯层 (ECOM 或 ELCOM) 进行供电, 并且系统可以自动识别。

SomatCR 模块带有 16 通道，可以连接 K-, J- 或 T-型热电偶。每个通道都带有独立的冷端补偿，电隔离最大到 500 V, 精度等级为 +/-0.5°C.

每个通道的可选采样率为 0.1 到 15 Hz。SomatCR 同样可以进行数字和模拟滤波，去除 50 Hz 以上的高频信号和 50 Hz 到 60 Hz 的杂波等，防止电源线产生的干扰。

SomatCR Assistant Software

SomatCR Assistant is a configuration program for the thermo module MC1609. Its main functions are configuring the modules, doing test measurements with the current configuration and creating DBC files (Vector CAN-DB format) which describe the CAN messages generated by the modules.

System requirements:

  • Operating Systems: XP / Vista / Windows 7; 32 and 64-bit platforms supported
  • Hard disk: Approx. 10MB of free space
  • CAN-interface: SomatCR Assistant supports several CAN adapters. A list can be found in the SomatCR Assistant help. Drivers and tools for CAN adapters are not included with the SomatCR Assistant.
