El QuantumX CX22B-W es un registrador de datos autónomo y extremadamente fiable que recopila, analiza y almacena magnitudes de medida mecánicas, eléctricas o térmicas, pero también señales de bus de un vehículo, de cámaras, ruedas dinamométricas o GPS directamente en el dispositivo. Tiene una capacidad de computación enorme (frecuencia de muestreo total de hasta 5 MS/s) y facilita la adquisición, cálculo, automatización, visualización y grabación de las señales medidas, de forma absolutamente fiable.
Estas características hacen del QuantumX CX22B-W un equipo ideal para adquisición móvil de datos de carga o de conducción en carretera, o para pruebas de maniobrabilidad. Igualmente, es idóneo para efectuar mediciones de larga duración sin operario (por ejemplo, en puentes y otras estructuras), utilizando cualquier número de canales que se desee.
El CX22B-W pertenece a la serie de amplificadores de medida QuantumX, integrada por equipos universales y modulares. Por ello, puede utilizarse con cualquier topología (centralizada, distribuida) y ofrece una flexibilidad máxima en términos de configuración de las mediciones.
Registro de datos fiable
- Un registrador de datos para las señales de todos los módulos QuantumX y SomatXR y, además, para GPS (USB, RS232), CANbus (a través de MX840B, MX471B), ruedas dinamométricas, vídeo, etc.
- Frecuencia de muestreo total de hasta 5 MS/s, 240 GB SSD
- Estable incluso en caso de cortes bruscos (solo se pierde el último bloque de datos)
Potentes funciones de cálculo
- Potente cálculo de señales en línea, integrado en el módulo del registrador de datos.
- Funciones típicas: calculadora científica, cálculo de matrices, recuento (Rainflow, tiempo en cada nivel, etc.), análisis de frecuencia (FFT y disparo), cálculos de potencia eléctrica y eficiencia.
- Opciones para automatización de ensayos.
Las amplias funciones de cálculo y análisis del equipo proporcionan conclusiones correctas, directamente en el campo.
Uso flexible
- Se puede acceder al módulo de varias maneras: mediante una pantalla táctil conectada directamente, a través de una tablet, por LAN o WLAN, o mediante acceso remoto encriptado desde la red móvil.

catman simplifica la parametrización, adquisición y visualización de sus datos medidos. En la versión más reciente de catman (4.2) es posible combinar la adquisición de datos de carga en carretera con visualización de datos GPS sobre mapas, o consultar estadísticas avanzadas de las mediciones de larga duración (monitorización de infraestructuras), incluidas notificaciones.
