Genesis HighSpeed 데이터 수집 시스템과 Perception 소프트웨어는 고속 측정용으로 사용하기에 적합한 계측장비 입니다.

Genesis HighSpeed 데이터 수집 시스템을 통합하면 추가 소프트웨어 없이 Genesis HighSpeed 시스템을 완벽하게 제어할 수 있습니다. 모든 것은 (자동화) 시스템으로 제어됩니다.

Perception 소프트웨어의 추가 통합을 통해 강력한 Perception 소프트웨어를 사용하고 기존 소프트웨어와 함께 소프트웨어 사용을 향상할 수 있습니다. : GEN DAQ API, EtherCAT 인터페이스, CAN 2.0/CAN^FD 인터페이스, PNRF Reader Toolkit, Perception Remote Control, Perception Custom Software Interface(CSI)에서 인터페이스 옵션 중 하나를 선택하여 특정 환경에 통합하고 원하는 방식으로 정확하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

CAN 2.0/CAN^FD 인터페이스

제네시스 하이스피드 메인프레임의 CAN 2.0/CANFD 인터페이스 옵션을 이용하면 계산된 결과값들을 자동화 시스템으로 실시간 전송할 수 있습니다. 따라서 제네시스 하이스피드 DAQ는 (전압, 전류 등) 로데이터를 획득하고 계산된 결과값(rms값, 전력 및 효율 등)들을 자동화 시스템으로 전송하는 일종의 “수치 처리기” 역할을 하는 셈입니다.

최대 데이터 전송 속도는 버스 속도, 버스 부하, 케이블 연장을 기준으로 하여 제네시스 하이스피드 메인프레임에서 결정됩니다. 제네시스 하이스피드 DAQ는 버스의 용량이 허용하는 한, 500 Hz의 업데이트 속도로 최대 240개 결과값을 전송할 수 있습니다.

제네시스 하이스피드DAQ CAN 2.0/CANFD 인터페이스는 GEN2tB, GEN7tA 와 GEN17tA 메인프레임에서만 이용 가능합니다.

GEN DAQ 메인프레임의 EtherCAT 인터페이스는 실시간으로 계산된 결과값들을 EtherCAT 마스터로 기능하는 자동화 시스템으로 전송하기 위해 사용됩니다. 따라서 GEN DAQ는 (전압, 전류 등) 로데이터를 획득하고 계산된 결과값(rms값, 전력 및 효율 등)들을 자동화 시스템으로 전송하는 일종의 “수치 처리기” 역할을 하는 셈입니다.

데이터는 정적 또는 동적 모드로 전송되며, ESI 파일 생성을 할 수 있습니다. 1 kHz의 업데이트 속도로 최대 240개 결과값을 전송할 수 있습니다. 결과값 전송 시 지연시간은 1 ms 미만입니다. GEN DAQ EtherCAT 인터페이스는 다음과 같은 EtherCAT 마스터를 이용하여 성공적으로 테스트할 수 있습니다:

GEN DAQ EtherCAT 인터페이스는 GEN3t, GEN7tA, GEN17tA 메인프레임에서만 이용 가능합니다.

GEN DAQ API는 사용자가 자신의 제어 소프트웨어를 이용하여 GEN DAQ 하드웨어를 직접 원격 제어하는 데 쓰입니다. 기기 설정 로딩 및 저장, 표본 추출률 등 기본 설정 변경, 데이터수집 제어 등을 수행할 수 있습니다. 최대값, RMS값, 전력값 등 계산된 결과값들을 초당 최대 2000개 결과블록의 속도로 전송할 수 있습니다.

GEN DAQ API는 JSON-RPC 2.0 네트워크 통신 표준을 기반으로 하여 설계됩니다. HBM에서 공급하는 소스 코드는 다양한 운영체제에서 컴파일될 수 있습니다. 이 소프트웨어를 Microsoft®.NET 환경에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 관리 .NET dll도 제공됩니다. 이 API에서 제공되는 각종 인터페이스 호출들을 설명하기 위해 확장형 도움 파일이 제공됩니다.

Python 드라이버는 Perception을 사용하지 않고 제어 소프트웨어에서 직접 GEN DAQ 하드웨어를 원격 제어하는 데 사용됩니다

Perception 통합

퍼셉션 리모트 콘트롤은 사용자가 자신의 제어 소프트웨어로 퍼셉션 소프트웨어(및 GEN DAQ 하드웨어)를 원격 제어하는 데 사용됩니다. 이 인터페이스를 이용하면 제한된 속도로 실시간 데이터 및 계산된 결과값들을 회수할 수 있습니다. 데이터수집 제어 등 하드웨어 설정을 비롯한 퍼셉션의 모든 주요 기능은 원격 제어가 가능합니다.

퍼셉션 리모트 콘트롤은 DCE/RPC 네트워크 통신 표준(분산 컴퓨팅 환경/원격 프로시저 호출)을 기반으로 하여 설계됩니다. HBM에서 공급하는 소스 코드는 다양한 운영체제에서 컴파일될 수 있습니다. 이 소프트웨어를 Microsoft®.NET 환경에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 기본적인 DCE/RPC 인터페이스 외에 COM 인터페이스가 생성됩니다. 이 API에서 제공되는 각종 인터페이스 호출들을 설명하기 위해 확장형 도움 파일이 제공됩니다. 또한 직접적인 RPC 프로그래밍, COM 프로그래밍, LabView/Diadem을 위한 다양한 예제 파일들이 제공됩니다.

퍼셉션 커스텀 소프트웨어 인터페이스는 CSI 사용자 시트, 맞춤 자동화, 확장 분석 기능을 추가함으로써 퍼셉션 소프트웨어의 내부에 소프트웨어 익스텐션 확장에 사용됩니다. 또한 CSI 인터페이스를 이용하여 사용자 인터페이스를 완전히 맞춤화할 수 있습니다.

CSI 인터페이스는 시작/정지/중지(Start/Stop/Pause) 및 트리거, 시작 관리자(Start Manager), 수집 시스템(Acquisition System), 하드웨어 설정(Hardware Settings), 디스플레이(Displays), 미터기(Meters), 사용자 테이블(User Tables), 포뮬라(Formulas), 계산(Calculations), 데이터 관리자(Data Manager), 데이터 소스(Data Sources), 사용자 변수(User variables), 알림(Notifications), 로깅(Logging), 변환 기능(Conversion Functions), 자동화 액션(Automation Actions), 시트 관리자(Sheet Manager) 등 퍼셉션의 모든 부분에 접근할 수 있는 권한을 제공합니다. C#용 예제 코드를 비롯 기본적인 윈도우즈 C# 시트 템플릿도 포함됩니다. 또한 Microsoft®.NET 4을 지원하는 모든 언어로 이용 가능합니다.

HBM에서는 PNRF 리더 툴킷을 이용하여 PNFR 파일에 데이터 읽기 및 쓰기를 수행하므로 안정적인 유지 및 개선이 가능합니다. PNFR 파일을 직접 읽을 수 있도록 어떠한 분석 소프트웨어에도 통합 가능하기 때문에 별도의 내보내기 또는 변환 기능이 필요하지 않습니다.

이 리더 툴킷은 LabView, DiaDem, FlexPro, Famos, GlyphWorks, jBeam, Dynaworks등 각종 분석 패키지에 이미 포함되어 있기 때문에 PNFR 데이터를 직접 읽을 수 있습니다. PNFR 리더에는 VisualBasic, C# 및 C++ 언어로 된 COM 인터페이스 및 프로그래밍 예제가 함께 제공됩니다.
